From decorators through to damp specialists, house clearance teams to gardeners, electricians through to cleaning contractors, if you need a job doing, we’ll do out best to point you in the right direction. Whilst we cannot guarantee the service of other companies, we only suggest firms who have given good service to other clients.

Letting Fee Information

The asking rent does not include letting fees. Our standard administration fee (which covers general administration and preparation of paperwork) is £xxx (£xxx+VAT). A security deposit, usually equivalent to six weeks rent, is also payable.
